Jessica is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She has experience working with children and young adults with special needs from birth to 21 years of age in a variety of settings. Jessica specializes in feeding therapy, augmentative and alternative communication, autism spectrum disorders, and early intervention services. Jessica currently serves as Supervisor of school-based speech services in New York City. She is PROMPT trained, and a distinguished member of ASHA. Jessica holds degrees in both Speech-Language Pathology and Educational Leadership. Her ultimate goal is to heal and inspire families and professionals, and improve the lives and well-being of children with special needs.
Suzanne has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for more than twenty years. She began her career in Therapeutic Recreation, and then discovered the field of Speech-Language Pathology. She has worked as a SLP, and a supervisor of speech providers across New York City. Suzanne is dedicated to serving her community, and particularly wants to assist people in living their lives to the fullest. She is a firm believer in life-long learning, and continued her educational endeavors by completing further studies in School Administration and Supervision , and an advanced certificate in Teaching and Research in Autism. Suzanne is also a proud mother to her son Charlie, Board member for the Gelfand Generations, and a volunteer at the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Mark has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist for the past 20 years. Throughout his work, Mark has treated individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, cognitive impairments, language learning disabilities, deaf and hard of hearing, and apraxia of speech. During his time as a SLP and consultant, Mark has specialized in the development of social skills for children and young adults in special education programs. His current philosophy and teachings involve bridging the gap between speech, language and social skill development. In addition, Mark has developed social skills theater arts performance programs both in school settings and privately. Mark is PROMPT certified. In addition to his experience as a SLP, Mark possess licensure in school leadership and administration. He currently functions in the role of Director of the Office of Autism for District 75 NYC DOE.
